These supper clubs are a new, innovative & revolutionary way of healing your mental health & wellbeing through food.

Our menu has been carefully created to enhance your mental health & wellbeing through nutrition. All ingredients have been sourced locally where possible & are packed full of healthy nutrients aimed at healing different elements of your Human Energy System using Ayurvedic methods. All I ask is that you allow yourself to unwind, sit back, relax and enjoy your evening!

Moroccan Chickpea soup served with foraged Wild Garlic Bread

Mushroom Wellington, Broad Bean Puree, Cumin Spiced Carrots & Roasted New Potatoes with Sage. Served with a Mushroom Sauce

Aquafaba Chocolate & Raspberry Mousse served with Bee Pollen & Mint
